Pura Brasa, an exceptional dining concept that redefines Spanish cuisine, first opened its doors in Barcelona in 2010. The restaurant distinguishes itself by utilizing a Josper oven, a charcoal grill that enhances and intensifies flavours. This approach seamlessly blends traditional grilling techniques with modern culinary artistry, creating a memorable dining experience. Building on the success of its first overseas franchise in Singapore, which opened in 2017, we want to share our passion for grilling and demonstrate that grilling is an art with even more people around the world.
