In 1979, Mr. Thian Boon Hua began with a small stall in Chinatown serving Cantonese chicken rice, later establishing the first Boon Tong Kee restaurant with an expanded menu. While Cantonese chicken rice is a national dish in Thailand, Boon Tong Kee's version stands out with tender steamed chicken, fragrant rice, and flavorful sauces. Our ultimate goal is to make customers feel as if they are dining at the original Boon Tong Kee branch on Balestier Road in Singapore.
