"The made-to-order sweets shop "" Lien"" opened in Bangkok in December 2019. I gained experience at Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo DaikanyamaSchool and started selling original custom-made sweets as ""Gateau Lien"" in 2013. In June 2018, I sold sweets at the Takashimaya Futakotamagawa store in Marche in response to customers' requests. And I started selling made-to-order sweets in Bangkok in 2019. Concepts ""Ingredients and freshness"" It is difficult to keep sweets in the best condition, so I make them after receiving orders. Each ingredient has its own taste, so I carefully select the ingredients with my own eyes so that I can put the taste of ingredients into sweets as it is."
