Our restaurant's specialties are the use of coarse bread crumbs and vegetable oil to reduce the absorption of oil from deep-frying. We offer three types of meat: delicious Thai pork and black pork from Hokkaido and Kagoshima, both of which are popular in Japan. We also use Japanese rice, with a particular focus on the rice we use. We use a sauce that we developed ourselves.
